Working atmosphere
The relaxed atmosphere at HaCon is a consequence of our open corporate culture. The informal addressing of colleagues and a cooperative interaction are part of our everyday life.

Offices
Our offices are bright and spacious rooms. Open doors, individually decorated working desks with greenery around create a lot of room for creativity and communication.

Breaks
For the pause in between, there are several cafeterias and kitchenettes as well as a kicker and TV room.

Drinks and Snacks
If the great thirst comes along, a passage into the beverage storage provides quick relief. The supply of mineral water, juices and soft drinks is always abundant - and guaranteed free of charge. For the healthy snack you can feel free to use the fruit basket. Biscuits and sweets are provided as well.

Sports
For that all the free food does not weigh heavy on you, you can workout next door in the free fitness and health club INJOY.
In the summer, several teams compete in a relay race HaCon teams run against other Hanoverian company squads in the Hanoverian Team Challenge race.

Childrens’ Day
At the Future Day in April (formerly Girls' Day), you can bring your kids or those of your relatives and friends. They can experience a working day of our employees live and learn more about their jobs.

Celebrations
Once a year we go on a big Christmas trip with all the employees. In addition there are full-day summer excursions organised by the different departments.

Location
Our office is conveniently located in Hanover List, only two stops from the main train station in one of the most popular parts of the city of Hanover. The “Lister Meile” offers everything for the lunch break or after work stroll. The canteen of Bahlsen next door is open to our team.
