HaCon Software ... for Traffic

HaCon Ingenieurgesellschaft was established in 1984. Its managing partners had previously spent many years working as engineers at the University of Hannover's Institute for Traffic Systems, Railway Construction and Operation. Their focal activities had been research, planning and development. Today, HaCon has a full-time staff of about 70 highly experienced specialists in the fields of information technology, traffic planning and engineering, and works closely with leading companies at home and abroad.

This acknowledged expertise guarantees that our customers always receive optimal service delivery and the best customer support. The overriding objective is to utilise our comprehensive technical/scientific know-how towards the solution of current and future traffic problems. Therefore, HaCon employs cutting edge technology and development methodologies. In addition to state railway and traffic networks in Germany and abroad, the customer portfolio includes companies in the trade and industry sectors, as well as administrative authorities at state- and federal level.

HaCon develops programs and tools for PCs and workstations. These products run with all commonly used operating systems. Currently used by several European railway networks, the TPS or Radis system is ideal for complex, customized solutions, while the HAFAS timetable information system is available on disk or CD-ROM.
