The database manages basic data (e.g. arrival/departure, period), filter to display tracks and layouts for printouts (format of the board, fonts, columns). For a special stop, chosen by the user, all journeys with belonging tracks were extracted from the HAFAS-Timetable data. Afterwards, there is the option to reduce the information to a desired scale and to list railway track information on a daily base because of extensive filter functions. The layout is generated automatically multilingual and with appendant explanations of symbols. The software is nationwide in use at the DB Station&Service AG in approx. 80 offices and also at the BLS Lötschbergbahn (Switzerland).
