Personal growth rather than reduction in the crisis year 2009
[Hannover, December 2009]
About 10 percent more employees than in 2008: This describes the staff development of HaCon
for the year 2009 in a nutshell. With the increase of employees HaCon ensures that projects
will continue to be successfully implemented in future.
Meanwhile more than 120 employees make sure that, beyond Europe, public transport runs smoothly and that passengers are provided with all the information they need. Worldwide, many railway companies, transport associations and transport companies trust in solutions by Hanover.
In the past twelve months the company has expanded its team with 14 employees and filled vacancies in newly created jobs, both technical and non-technical. Logistics experts, computer scientists as well as transportation engineers work on customised solutions in multidisciplinary teams.
"Our ambition are satisfied customers - as many of them as possible", HaCon Managing Director Peter Talke explains. All the more important it is to get experienced and dedicated employees into a team. Growth alone does not stand in the focus of the company. "Rather, it is necessary to take responsibility to offer employees long-term prospects and job security", says Talke.
