- You support the implementation of the information security policy

For the Mobile & Web Apps division, we are looking for a Product Manager (d/w/m) to strengthen our product team in the frontend. In your role, you will be responsible for these topics in particular:
Your Tasks:
- You will develop the long-term product vision and strategy in the area of passenger assistance and incident management for mobile & web apps, including market analysis and goal setting, by developing a deep understanding of the needs of customers and users of the product and the overall market. You will actively work on the development of new product features and the continuous improvement of existing features.
- You deliver innovative features that delight customers and users: drive the conceptualization of new features with the design team, m and prepare for implementation with the development teams and market launch
- You are responsible for the pricing strategy and developmentsign of your entire product portfolio. This includes setting prices for different product variants, licenses or subscriptions to ensure competitiveness while maximizing profitability
- You structure the product functionality and organize the functional description both internally (for bid managers, project managers, sales team, etc.) and externally (customers, trade shows, etc.)

We are seeking a project lead to join our team. The responsibilities of this role include, among other things:
What you'll do
- Lead the project for a rail timetable planning project for Norway. The scope of the project includes our TPS.plan software product and its adaptations to customer specifics where required. Even if the system is already in live operation there is a high interest of the customer to expand the system. Therefore, this project is expected to continue for years. Further portfolio elements may be added to the project
- Lead the development of projects by leveraging product releases and implementing additional features. Drive system integration into customer IT environments, ensuring seamless compatibility. Oversee installation processes and conduct thorough testing to guarantee optimal system performance. Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team to support operational systems and enhance customer satisfaction.
- You are the first point of contact to our customers, ensuring accountability for project performance in terms of schedule, quality, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- You will lead the project team based out of Hanover and collaborate with colleagues from other locations, e.g. Aveiro in Portugal

We are looking for a Secure Coding and -Architecture Expert (d/f/m) - Security Architect/ Secure System Architect. The tasks of this role include:
Your tasks
- You are the point of contact for specialist departments for questions relating to operational IT security. You provide expertise and technical guidance to internal teams to improve their security practices.
- You contribute to the improvement of security strategies, concepts and guidelines. You will provide recommendations for secure system architecture and conduct internal consultations on this topic in the various project phases.
- You will support the planning, implementation and evaluation of penetration tests, forensic analyses and source code analyses.
- You accompany the preventive and reactive processing of security incidents and changes, as well as the derivation of suitable solution measures.
- You observe security developments/technologies on the market and evaluate them for use in our environments
Your profile
- You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have sound knowledge of IT security, secure system architecture, secure software development or a related field
- You have good all-round IT knowledge, e.g. in the areas of operating system, containers, network, server and client, security of cloud applications, secure software development, endpoint security, SIEM tools and methods
- You have experience in conducting technical security tests, e.g. penetration testing, source code reviews, vulnerability management, IT/live forensics, SIEM or firewalling/IPS
- You enjoy complex tasks and can familiarize yourself independently with new subject areas
- You are characterized by your strong analytical and communication skills and your ability to grasp things quickly.
- You can both summarize complex technical issues and communicate them to your technically oriented colleagues
- Industry-standard Certificates such as CISSP, CISM or similar are desirable
- You have communication skills in both German and English.
