Click once and you’re all set to go: Passengers in Ingolstadt (Germany) can now buy their tickets with just one click. Ingolstadt’s public transport provider INVG is the first HaCon customer to support Google Pay in its trip planner app. In cooperation with ticketing specialist eos.uptrade, HaCon has integrated Google’s new payment system along with Apple Pay.

These innovations are a real improvement for passengers, making the ticket purchase even faster and more secure. One click only on the newly implemented pay button completes the purchase – without the need to exchange credit or debit card details with the app.

The INVG Fahrinfo becomes customizable

The update also facilitates choosing the right ticket. There is now a new ticket section on the home screen that provides users with an overview of all INVG products. From single tickets across partner day tickets to night tickets, all offers can be selected directly. The overview complements the existing ticket selection within the trip planner.

Furthermore, the app is now customizable: In the settings, users can choose which features they wish to see on their start screen: Whether a combination of trip planning function, ticket overview and map, a search mask for departure boards or only the trip planner – the user’s wish is our command!
